First Road Trip!!!

Griffin had his first ever overnight trip last weekend! It was his cousin Mason's 5th birthday, so we drove down to Southern Maryland for the party. We spent Saturday night at my sister's house. It went pretty well, although Griffin and I missed a lot of the party. It was over a hundred degrees that day and although the kids at the birthday party didn't notice because they had a swimming pool, slip 'n slide, and bouncy castle thing, we were sweltering and spent a lot of time in the house in the AC. But with a puppy-themed party, Portia and Bentley made the trip too, and they had a blast!!! Unfortunately, we don't have many pictures, but here are a few of Mason meeting his cousin Griffin, and of Mason's cool Dalmation birthday cake.
