Last week I had a series of meetings to go to at my office in DC. I'm still supporting my team's close out until the end of October, just working from home. A friend recommended a great babysitter who watched Griffin during the day. One evening, we caught up with my friend Alison and her daughter Lexie, who was born just a few hours after Griffin. We also were lucky enough to have dinner with some other friends, including Carolyn, who was in town from Nashville. I was really proud of Griffin and I for successfully surviving on our own for a whole week!
